This brush features a handcrafted handle by Robert Quinn from Laos Ironwood burl which grows in Southeast Asia.   Laos Ironwood is very hard and dense and is traditionally used for cart building.  The tree is also considered medicinal and the leaves are used to treat wounds in elephants.

This exceptional piece of Laos Ironwood is rated Gallery Grade Plus.
